Lots of exciting bits happening in the craft room this last week; the floor, carpets, base units and Mr C, has just delivered the worktop :)
{the floor was boarded out with MDF and then carpeted in a navy and the skirting boards to finish}
{the base units are kallax from IKEA, to add extra plugs I've added a switched socket to the wall; i got my priorities sorted and make sure that my stereo is in its new home ;)}
Look at all that worktop space! I can not wait to get out there and get crafting the worktop is 2 and a half times the size of my current workspace. This evening Mr C is going to secure it all and then next on the list is shelves i think i shall be in before Mr C’s original goal of the beginning of the summer holidays.

Looking really good - the light out there is fabulous, so airy and bright!
ReplyDeletethank you Carmen the light is one of the best things about the room and is actually the lightest downstairs room in the house, and it was built as a shed!! I cant wait to get out there shelves are going up this evening and then heating will be finished within the month {dependant on work schedules} and then im up and running :D
